Learn about this gluten-free, nutrient rich “Mother Grain”.  You’ll find out how to use quinoa for salads, entrees & dessert.

Baked Quinoa-Vegetable Loaf

Take home the recipes prepared + 2 bonus recipes. All recipes are vegetarian & gluten- free.

Gluten-Free Quick Breads
Mix up delicious recipes using whole grain & exotic flours. Learn about gluten-free flour blends & the key elements of making your bread recipes perfect every time!

Montina Zucchini Bread
Quinoa Apple-Walnut Bread
Spicy Pumpkin-Pecan Bread

All classes included focused lecture, recipe preparation &/0r demonstration & enjoying the dishes. Class sizes are limited to 14 students and the class may be cancelled if the minumum is not met.

About the Chef - I am a graduate of the Natural Foods Cooking program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute, in Denver, CO. I am a member of the USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association).
