Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Could we meet at my office for my personalized interview?
A: Since every kitchen & the equipment in it have unique idiosyncrasies, I need to meet you in your home so I know how to operate your oven, stove top, etc.

Q: My husband & I like our food somewhat spicy, but our children don’t. Can you accommodate our different tastes?
A: Yes, That’s why I conduct a personalized interview. I need to know all family members likes & dislikes, so everyone enjoys the meals I prepare for you.

Q: Do I have to buy special cooking equipment for you to prepare meals in my home?
A: No, I bring all of my own equipment & utensils.

Q: Should I purchase the storage containers for my meals?
A: My service pricing includes the use of 1 time use, recyclable containers. If you prefer to use glass containers, I will purchase the appropriate containers for your service, for a set-up fee of $50. The containers belong to you.

Q: Do you have insurance coverage?
A: Yes, I am covered by a liability insurance policy that covers accidental damage or injury to your property or person.

Q: I have company coming for a few days & we’ll probably eat out many evenings that they are here. Should I skip my scheduled service during this time?
A: probably not. Your may find yourself eating breakfast & lunch later in the day, not feeling like going out to dinner at 8PM. The meals that I made for you are there in your freezer, ready to be eaten when you are hungry. We can adjust the service after your company leaves, if we need to.
