What to expect at my classes: Classes are based on eating nutritious foods for a vital life. Whole, natural & organic foods are used in my recipes & I use locally grown foods when available. All classes include food sampling & a recipe packet. You can sit back, relax & learn at a demonstration class. Participation classes are more like a party- a hands on experience! Class reservations are non-refundable, unless a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
About the Chef - I am a graduate of the Natural Foods Cooking program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute- Denver, CO. My live-long passion for cooking sensational meals has evolved into a dedication of preparing healthful dishes that are enjoyable & delicious. I’d love to share the kitchen & my recipes with you & I hope you’ll join me soon!
